As you can see, I have finally, after much deliberation, made my own website. If you’re reading this, you’re either buckling in for the ride at the beginning of this journey, or looking back on it through the lens of time and– hopefully– admiring how far the site has come since its inception.
While I fiddle with background images and headers, I am keeping in mind the main portions of the site, and the reasons for which it was created: first, as a place to showcase my personal writing, and then the forum which will become a home for the challenges I’ve been creating in one form or another since 2015.
I hope this site can become a hub for those who enjoy my work, and for those authors who get a something out of participating in those challengers, whether it be a sense of friendship and comradery with other writers and artists, or a work they look back on with pride and joy. Primarily this site exists in the same spirit as my ‘timbitat’ efforts over the years, which first started as a cytube channel, and then a discord server, which has itself persisted throughout all my brief attempts of separate blogs in the past. In that sense, I hope that this becomes a comfortable place for the community we’ve built, and remains a safe place to stretch and explore your relationship with your craft.
Please be patient as I set up and negotiate colors etc with the many different design elements that go into making a website functional.
