I’m a little early, but March marks the second anniversary of this site. As such, I’m doing a fun recap. Around this time last year, I decided I wouldn’t post any more WIPs to ao3, because I found the constant begging for updates draining. I still post on ao3, but only completed works. As such, the past year was really “low” for me in terms of published wordcounts.
That said, yearly wordcount is not the only metric by which I judge success. It probably doesn’t even make the top five. First and foremost, I participated in several challenges over the last year: April’s Rough Trade, the first time I finished a Rough Trade challenge, even if it was ‘only’ 25k, the results of which are available on my EAD offerings page & linked below; Just Write Holiday Bingo, which I got bingo on at the last minute; a few Every Season posts, though I didn’t quite manage a Big Moxie; and I’m currently 80% of the way to my Quantum Bang post this year, which should be revealed this summer.

Note: this is the only “finished” fic on my EAD, it’s my rough trade from March of 2022. I haven’t edited it and might ultimately change a lot of details/rewrite it, so it constitutes a lovely EAD piece.
